1. Introduction

Welcome to the Refund Policy of Cybrix. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the refund process for our hosting services. By engaging with our services, you implicitly agree to abide by the stipulations outlined herein.

2. General

2.1. Refunds are only eligible within 24 hours of initial purchase and used for less than 3 hours for Game Hosting, Bot Hosting, and Web Hosting.

2.2. No refunds are offered for VPS Hosting or Dedicated Servers.

3. Eligibility

3.1. One refund per user per service type only checked via name, payment info, contact, IP, and device fingerprinting.

3.2. Refunds require matching, genuine, verifiable personal information.

3.3. Requests must be made to support@cybrix.cloud or via Tickets within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Abuse & Fraud

4.1. If refund requests or accounts are linked by similar info, IP, or other indicators, or if there is suspicion of abuse, resource exploitation, or pattern-based fraud, Cybrix will deny all refunds and immediately suspend or terminate all related accounts.

4.2. Ineligible if any fake, incomplete, or misleading details are found.

4.3. Users providing fake information forfeit refund rights and may have all services suspended.

5. Process & Finality

5.1. Refund decisions are final.

5.2. Valid refunds processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

6.1. VPS/Dedicated Servers

6.2. Requests beyond 24 hours

6.3 Policy or terms violations

6.4. Suspended/banned accounts, fake users, or those abusing the system

7. Disputes

Unresolved refund disputes may be addressed to Indian consumer courts as per statutory law.

8. Additional Provisions

8.1. Identity verification or further documentation may be required prior to refund or account activation.

8.2. Policy amendments and stricter enforcement will apply retroactively if abuse is detected.

8.3. All communication is via registered email/dashboard; continued use is considered agreement.

By engaging with Cybrix services, you affirmatively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the provisions of this Refund Policy. This policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and a seamless process for users seeking refunds in eligible circumstances within the specified timeframe.
