1. Introduction

Welcome to Cybrix. By using any Cybrix service including game hosting, VPS hosting, bot hosting, or web hosting you agree to the following Terms & Conditions governed by the laws of India. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

“Services” means any hosting or related service provided by Cybrix. “User”, “You” refers to any person/entity using Cybrix services.

3. Service Description

Cybrix provides hosting as described on its website and may modify/withdraw any service at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Registration

All information provided must be true, accurate, complete no misleading or fake information. Users must be of legal age or have legal guardian consent. Account sharing, transfer, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules or exploit promotions/refunds is strictly prohibited. Fake information may lead to termination of the account and services.

5. User Conduct & Prohibitions

You agree NOT to: Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity (e.g., hacking, spamming, DDoS, copyright infringement, distributing malware). Exploit, tamper, or interfere with Cybrix’s system. Circumvent security or host prohibited/illegal content. Resell services unless with our written permission.

6. Payment Terms

Services are prepaid, per rates on our website. Failure to pay on time results in suspension/termination.

7. Refund & Abuse Prevention

Refund eligibility and limits are specified in our Refund Policy. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or defraud Cybrix policies (including fake info, multiple refund attempts, abnormal resource use, etc.) will result in denial of refund and immediate account suspension/termination.

8. Suspension & Terminations

Cybrix reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability or prior notice, to suspend/restrict/terminate your account or services for any reason, including suspicion of abuse, fraud, policy or legal violation, or at the request of regulatory bodies. Data may be retained or deleted as per law and at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All Cybrix intellectual property remains our exclusive property. Users retain ownership of their data/content, granting Cybrix only the license needed to provide the service.

11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Cybrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss or business interruption due to use or inability to use our services. Services are provided “as is” without warranty except as required by law. Data Responsibility Disclaimer: You acknowledge that Cybrix is not responsible or liable for any loss, corruption, breach, destruction, or inaccessibility of your data. It is entirely your responsibility to maintain secure, up-to-date backups. Cybrix is not liable for any direct or indirect loss related to your data.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cybrix, its management, and staff against claims or damages arising from your use/misuse of services or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. For unresolved consumer disputes, users may approach statutory consumer forums.

14. Change to Terms

Cybrix may revise these terms at any time by posting updates; continued use means acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder stays fully effective.

17. Abuse Protocol

Respond to abuse complaints within 24 hours. Repeated abuse may lead to termination and fees. Report Abuse at abuse@cybrix.cloud

18. Data Handling

We store your data to provide services. Backups are your responsibility.

19. Virtual Machine Delivery Timeframe

Due to high demand, Virtual Machine/Servers delivery may be delayed upto 24-72 Hours, Setup time for a ideal virtual machine is between 15 Minutes to 6 Hours.

By using Cybrix, you agree to all terms outlined above, along with our Privacy and Acceptable Use Policies.
